Refund policy

By purchasing a unit from our website, you are purchasing knowing we do not accept any refunds.

due to the nature of this product a refund is only permitted if the product arrives damaged or faulty which would need to be raised no later than 48 hours from the delivery date. 
To protect the health and safety of our customers exchanges are also not possible as this cannot be sold onto a third party.

If there is any fault in your unit you have a 14 day period to return your unit from the day you receive your order (not from the day you place your order). The wig must be in the condition it arrived in with no lace cut and unworn.

We do not offer returns on sale items.
